Easy to make cheeseburger casserole, pasta needs no boiling!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease an 8-cup baking dish. Place baking dish on a cookie sheet.
- Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onions until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off fat.
- Drain liquid from canned tomatoes into a 4-cup measuring cup, adding water if needed, to make 2 1/2 cups of liquid. Add juice, tomatoes, macaroni, corn, bell pepper, garlic, soy sauce, chili powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper to the beef mixture; bring to a boil.
- Pour 1/2 of the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Mexican cheese, add remainder of beef mixture, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, brown onion in the ground beef until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in seasoned salt.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, beef mixture, soup, milk, 2 cups cheese, mustard, Worcestershire, ¼ cup BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, & steak spice.
- Spread into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese, sesame seeds, bacon bits, and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, Parmesan and garlic.
- Spoon into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 30 to 35 min. or until casserole is heated through and potato nuggets are golden brown.

- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the beef and onion; drain. Add water, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from the heat; let stand for 5 minutes. Top with cheese; cover and let stand for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
