1 pkg. (16 oz) bowtie pasta (farfalle), uncooked
1 lb ground mild Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 jar Ragu Homestyle Sauce (I used Thick and Hearty Roasted Garlic)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
fresh parsley, minced (optional)

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook pasta in large pot as directed on package, omitting salt. After draining, add back to the pot.
  • Meanwhile, combine Italian sausage and onion in a large fry pan and cook over medium heat. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.
  • Combine meat, jar of sauce and parmesan cheese with pasta and stir until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with cheese and cover with foil.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with minced parsley if desired and serve immediately.

1/2 pound bow-tie pasta
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (28 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes, in puree
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Coarse salt
2 precooked chicken sausages, about 3 ounces each, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick rounds
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes (1 3/4 cups)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain; set aside.
  • Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, heat oil over medium. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes, oregano, and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer; cook, stirring and breaking up tomatoes until slightly thickened, 5 to 8 minutes. Season with salt.
  • Add pasta, sausage, and half the mozzarella; toss to combine. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake until bubbly and top is lightly browned, 10 to 15 minutes.

1 c butter or margarine
1/4 th c pesto
2 pkg grated cheddar cheese
2 pkg grated italian or mozarella cheese
1 10 oz package of italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 24 oz sour cream
1 bottle parmesan cheese
1/4 c chopped garlic
1 1/4 c fresh parsley
onion powder
garlic powder
italian seasoning
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Boil Pasta & Cool; Add olive oil, butter, and salt to taste Melt butter and slowly brown garlic and breadcrumbs with ½ container of parmesan cheese; add above seasonings when browning Leave aside a portion of browned bread crumbs and parsley to sprinkle on top Mix Together: Sour cream, pesto, and cooled pasta Mix Separately: Italian Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Cream Cheese or Ricotta Cheese (Optional), remaining parmesan, and above seasonings if needed Add browned breadcrumbs to the cheese mixture and mix with the pasta; Place in large baking dish Sprinkle fresh parmesan and left over bread crumbs on top Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes and then without foil at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or when lightly browned on top Add more parmesan and bread crumbs on top if desired Enjoy ?

1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian-style salad dressing
1 tomato, chopped

1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces lean ground beef or 8 ounces turkey
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce, your choice
1 cup ricotta cheese or 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Grease 8x8 square baking dish.
  • In large pot boil 4 qts water and partially cook pasta for half of the directed time.
  • In large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
  • Add onion and saute 1 minute.
  • Stir in beef or turkey and cook until lightly browned about 3 minutes.
  • Add spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and partially cover the skillet.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Cover pan with foil, spraying the inside facing the cheese with pam.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until heated through.

1 package (16 ounces) bow tie pasta
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) Italian stewed tomatoes, drained and chopped
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain., Meanwhile, in a 6-qt. stockpot, cook and crumble sausage with onion and pepper flakes over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes.
