HOT SPICED APPLE RASPBERRY CIDER
Steps:
- Wrap ginger, cinnamon sticks, cloves and allspice in cheesecloth; tie to secure. Place in large pot. Add apple cider and all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to blend flavors. Remove spices. Ladle cider into mugs and serve.

- Combine all ingredients in a 4 quart saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture starts to simmer.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- Serve hot.

- In a small saucepan combine the apple cider, raspberry syrup, orange zest, cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Heat the mixture until steam rises from the surface, do not boil. Pour the hot mixture into a mug. Garnish the top with the whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon and a pinch of orange zest.
