Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Spread 1 can of chili and beans in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Roll up franks inside tortillas and place in baking dish, seam side down, on top of chili and bean 'bed'. Top with remaining can of chili and beans, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover baking dish with aluminum foil, and bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

My cousin Donna made up this recipe several years ago and it's one my children love. It's like eating a chili dog, but with a fork.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear up the hot dog buns and arrange the pieces in the bottom of the dish evenly. Slice the hot dogs into bite size pieces and layer the pieces over the buns.
- Pour the chili over the hot dogs, sprinkle with the chopped onion, then spread some mustard over the chili and the onion. Top off with the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 2 minutes. , In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer with a third of the potatoes, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion. Repeat layers. Top with remaining potatoes. Pour white sauce over all., Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes longer.

- Prepare cornbread batter according to package directions. Spread half the batter into a greased 8-in. square baking dish; set aside. , In a large skillet, saute the green pepper, onion and celery in oil until crisp-tender. Stir in hot dogs; saute until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes longer. Stir in the chili, brown sugar, garlic powder and chili powder; heat through. Steps:
- Grill hot dogs.
- Combine picante sauce and chili.
- Heat tortillas in microwave or in a skillet.
- Place cheese slices in tortillas.
- Place hot dogs in middle of tortillas and roll tortilla so hot dog and cheese is enclosed.
- Preset oven for 350°F.
- Pour half picante chili mixture in casserole dish.
- Place hot dogs wrapped in tortillas into the casserole.
- Top with remaining picante chili mixture.
- Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
- Take out of oven and top with chese chopped onion and green chiles.
- Place back in oven until cheese has melted.
- Take out cool and enjoy.
