HONEYDEW SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- In a blender, combine melon, yogurt, and apple juice concentrate. Blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice until frothy.
- Pour into 2 (16-ounce) glasses and garnish with sliced melon.
HONEYDEW CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE
Steps:
- Freeze honeydew in 1 layer in a large sealed plastic bag until frozen, about 4 hours.
- Blend honeydew with cucumber, yogurt, mint, and sugar (to taste) in a blender until smooth. Thin with water if necessary.
HONEYDEW-ALMOND SMOOTHIE

- Blend 2 cups chopped honeydew melon, 1 cup each almond milk and ice, and honey to taste.
