Steps:
- Line a baking pan with parchment, place scoops of the sherbet in the pan and freeze until firm, 30 minutes.
- Place the frozen scoops of sherbet in a large punch bowl and add the cranberry juice and ginger ale; stir gently. Serve immediately.
HOLIDAY PUNCH - ADULT DRINK
I recently had this delicious punch at our holiday BUNKO group and it was very good. Be careful as you cannot taste or feel the alcohol in it.

- 1. The recipe calls for three cups of rum; the hostess only used 1 1/2 cups. Vodka or Gin can be substituted for the Rum.
- 2. Combine all juices and lemonade (no water); keep cold and stir in Ginger Ale just before serving. Serve over ice and can garnish with orange slices, pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. DELISH!!!
