ONE-POT TACO SPAGHETTI RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, yellow onions, and taco seasoning. Cook until beef has browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the beef as it cooks.
- Stir in tomato paste and diced tomatoes, then stir.
- Add spaghetti and water. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer until pasta is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Roma tomato, and cilantro. Mix until cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with additional tomato and cilantro, if desired.

- 1. Cook & drain spaghetti.
- 2. Saute meat & mushrooms. Add spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper.Set aside.
- 3. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onion. Set aside
- 4. Pam a 9 x 13 inch pan and layer 1/2 the angel hair; 1/2 the cheese mixture & 1/2 the meat sauce.
- 5. Add remaining spaghetti; cover with remaining cheese mixture; drizzle melted butter and top with remaining spaghetti sauce.
- 6. Chill at least 2 hours but remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before baking.
- 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- 8. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir beef and onion until meat is browned and onions are soft and translucent, about 7 minutes. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt.
- Whisk eggs, Parmesan cheese, and butter in a large bowl. Mix in spaghetti to egg mixture and toss to coat. Place half the spaghetti mixture into baking dish. Top with half the cottage cheese, mozzarella, and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes longer.

HEAVENLY PASTA
This is the name my granddaughter gave to this pasta dish because she said that it made her think of heaven and how good it would be. She loved this. She would even ask for it at lunch time. The ingredients below are guessed at amounts--I never measured for this; I just put it into the hot, cooked pasta. You put in the amounts that you like the best. It is very tasty.
