CREAMY FETA DRESSING
This tangy creamy feta dressing is excellent over any combination of heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, cukes, olives, fresh herbs, and (yes) more feta.

Steps:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until well-blended and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
- Make Ahead: This dressing will keep nicely in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. However, it will thicken up quite a bit in the fridge; before serving, whisk well then add a bit of milk, little by little, to thin to desired consistency.

HEATHLY FETA CHEESE SALAD DRESSING
I find many bleu cheese and feta cheese recipes and I wanted to make one that was a little more healthy. This is a mish mosh from many recipes I looked at. You can use regular mayo and sour cream in this recipe but I think it actually tastes better with the vegan mayo and yogurt.

- 1. Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to serve. A great salad dressing or a dip for crudite.
GREEN SALAD WITH CREAMY FETA DRESSING
Steps:
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook another 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the feta, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, olives, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon salt, some pepper and the onion mixture. Blend until smooth.
- Pour enough dressing over the salad to coat the leaves and toss to combine. Save the remaining dressing for another use.
CUCUMBER FETA SALAD DRESSING
Steps:
- Chop enough of cucumber to measure 1 cup and in a blender purée with feta, yogurt, and garlic until smooth. Transfer dressing to a bowl and season with pepper and salt. Chill dressing, covered, until cold, about 30 minutes. Dressing may be made 1 day ahead and chilled, covered.
KITTENCAL'S GREEK FETA SALAD DRESSING
Plan ahead this dressing has a 24 hour chilling time to blend the flavors, don't even think about serving this right away! this must be made on a food processor for the feta to combine properly --- the success of this dressing will highly depend on the quality of olive oil, oregano and feta cheese that you use I recommend purchasing those ingredients in a Greek grocery store --- cooking time is 24 hour refrigeration time ---- also see my highly-rated recipe#66596 --- and my mayonnaise-based recipe#359292

Steps:
- In a food processor combine the first 10 ingredients; process for about 10 seconds.
- Add in the feta cheese and continue to process until the cheese has combined (this may take about 12-15 seconds).
- Place in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Shake well before using.
