HANKY PANKY CAKE
I found this recipe in another website. I haven't tried it yet, but am posting it for future reference. It does sound yummy.

Steps:
- Bake cake according to box directions and poke holes in it.
- Boil together the crushed pineapple can contents and the sugar,and pour over cake while hot. Let cool.
- Prepare vanilla pudding according to its box's directions and mix with the coconut and spread over cake.
- Spread Cool Whip over this.
- Place the sliced bananas on top of cake spread and top with the nuts.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, saute the sausage until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes. Be sure to break up any large chunks. When cooked drain and set aside reserving 2 tablespoons of the fat.
- Whisk the flour into the reserved fat followed by the milk. Add the grated parmesan, parsley, cooked sausage, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Grill the slices of baguette, transfer to a sheet tray and spoon the sausage mixture on top. Place in the oven on broil until golden and bubbling, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.

- Add Velveeta cheese until melted, sprinkle cayenne pepper and pepper flakes to taste.
- Let cool completely.
- Mound onto cocktail rye slices and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
KICKED UP HANKY PANKY
I devised this recipe, using Rotel Tomatoes, when I moved to Louisiana, and friends complained that my old recipe was too bland. You can use any strength Rotel you like, but keep in mind, the longer these are frozen the hotter they will get. I always have these in my freezer for unexpected company.

Steps:
- Brown hamburger, sausage and onion in a large skillet.
- Drain well.
- Add Velveeta Cheese, stir until melted.
- Add well drained Rotel.
- Mix Well.
- Place Rye bread slices on two cookie sheets.
- Top with a heaping TBL. of mixture.
- Place cookie sheets in the freezer for an hour or two.
- Remove from freezer and place Hanky Pankies in ziplock freezer bags.
- When ready to use, take directly from freezer and bake at 350* for 10 to 15 minutes.
