1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 small onion
1 small bag mixed frozen vegetables (I like to use California blend mixed vegetables)
1/2 can milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tater tots

Steps:

  • Brown hamburger with onion and drain.
  • Partially cook frozen vegetables, add 1/2 can milk to cream of mushroom soup in separate bowl.
  • Put cooked hamburger and onion on bottom of casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup in vegetables and spread on top of hamburger. Arrange tater tots on top of vegetables.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

1 1/2 pounds ground hamburger or ground chuck
1 medium yellow, onion, diced
1 can tomato sauce
1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Cook hamburger and onion together, drain. Add tomato sauce and vegetables, stirring until warmed through. Add half the cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Pour mixture in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
