IMPOSSIBLY EASY BACON CHEESEBURGER BALLS (WITH MAKE-AHEAD DIRECTIONS)
All the flavor of a bacon cheeseburger is packed inside these bite-size appetizers!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan.
- In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except ketchup and mustard, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
- Make-Ahead Directions: Make as directed through step 2. Cover and refrigerate up to 12 hours. Uncover, and bake as directed in step 3.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, whisk egg, milk, minced onion, 2 tablespoons chili powder, salt and pepper; stir in crushed crackers. Add beef, sausage and cheese; mix lightly but thoroughly., Shape mixture into 1-in. balls. Place meatballs on greased racks in 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake until browned, 15-18 minutes., Meanwhile, in a 5- or 6-qt. slow cooker, combine soup, water, brown sugar and remaining chili powder. Gently stir in meatballs. Cook, covered, on low until meatballs are cooked through, 4-5 hours.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, mix well and form into small balls.
- Place in shallow baking pan in single layer. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until evenly browned.
- Remove from oven and set aside for 5-10 minutes before serving in chafing dish. Put cocktail sauce on the side.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, blue cheese, onion, pepper, and salt together in a bowl; shape into 22 meatballs and arrange onto prepared pan.
- Bake meatballs until they are very firm, hot, and grey in the center, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
