Sweet pineapple complements salty ham in an egg casserole covered with lots of yummy cheese!

1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle ham, pineapple and onions in pie plate. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, eggs and mustard until blended; pour over ham mixture.
  • Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons ground mustard

  • Combine the first four ingredients in an ungreased 2-qt. baking dish. Stir in ham. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until heated through. Serve with a slotted spoon.

1 cup Bisquick
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 pinch nutmeg
4 ounces diced cooked ham
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese or 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine eggs, milk, Bisquick, butter, mustard, onion powder and nutmeg in blender until smooth.

1.5 cups diced ham
1 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
7 units pineapple rings
7 ounces yellow cornbread mix
0.333333333333 cups milk
2 units eggs
2 teaspoons jalapeno pepper

Steps:

  • Cook onion, pepper and ham until tender. In pie plate put melted butter and brown sugar. Cover with pineapple rings.
  • Prepare cornbread with milk, beaten eggs and pineapple juice. Combine with the cooked items from skillet. Pour over pineapple rings.
