- Place turkey in a large resealable plastic bag; add salad dressing. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally., Drain and discard marinade. Grill turkey, covered, over indirect medium heat for 45-55 minutes or until a thermometer reads 170°.

This recipe came from my mother. These always turn out juicy and tender no matter how long my husband leaves them on the grill! Easy to prepare, but it's always best when marinated for at least 4 hours.

- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, basil, and pepper. Rub over the turkey breasts. Insert one clove into each end of the turkey breasts, and one in the center.
- In a large shallow dish, blend vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Place the breasts in the dish, and turn to coat. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard marinade, place turkey breasts on the grill. Close the lid, and grill turkey breasts about 15 minutes on each side, or to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F (68 degrees C).

- Mix the dressing and wine.
- Pour into a 1 gallon size zip-lock bag.
- Add the turkey breast and marinate overnight, turning at least once.
- Drain off the marinade & discard.
- Sprinkle turkey breast with the seasonings.
- Place in oven roasting bag.
- Melt the butter in the olive oil and add to the turkey breast.
- Place the roasting bag & turkey breast in a 9"x5" loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

- In a large saucepan, combine 1 quart water, salt, brown sugar and peppercorns. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir until salt and sugar are dissolved. Pour into a large bowl. GRILLED TURKEY BREAST WITH VINEGAR AND CRACKED PEPPER

- Cover the turkey slices with plastic wrap and pound to flatten. Sprinkle all over with salt and pepper, brush lightly with olive oil and reserve. Preheat the grill or broiler. Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Cook the onions with 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, stirring and shaking the pan frequently, until the onions are golden, about 15 minutes. Pour in the vinegar, turn the heat up to high and reduce by half.
- Thinly slice the remaining cold butter. Reduce the heat to low and whisk the butter into the sauce a little at a time. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cracked pepper. - If using charcoal grill, place drip pan with 1/2 inch water directly under grilling area, and arrange coals around edge of firebox. Heat coals or gas grill for indirect heat.
- In small bowl, mix basil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Rub basil mixture over all sides of turkey. Insert barbecue meat thermometer so tip is in thickest part of turkey and does not touch bone.
- Place turkey, skin side down, on grill over drip pan or over unheated side of gas grill. Brush with dressing. Cover and grill over medium heat 30 minutes. Turn turkey; brush with dressing.
