GRILLED PARMESAN CORN ON THE COB

Grilled parmesan corn on the cob image

Perfect for the family cookout. Everyone always asked if I can make this type of COC. Has amazing flavor..

Provided by Angela Elise @Angela_Elise

Categories     Vegetables

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 - real helmans mayonaise
1 package(s) fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon(s) sal
1 tablespoon(s) pepper
5 - un shucked corn on the cob

Steps:

  • Carefully peel back shuck. Remember, you will be re shucking for cooking.
  • Brush large amount of mayonaise onto corn. Brush evenly all over.
  • sprinkle and pat parmesan cheese all over corn. Make sure it sticks and is evenly distributed. *Use freshly grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  • Re shuck carefully. You want to make sure the corn is covered with shuck so it does not burn while cooking. I usually twist and tie the top with a piece of loose shuck.
  • Grill up to 30 minutes or until corn is tender and ready to eat.
