A classic campfire treat! These S'mores Banana Boats are so delicious and easy. This is such a fun banana boat recipe to make on your grill or over your campfire. Grilled Banana topped with gooey marshmallows, melted chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs!

4 bananas (large, ripe, firm)
4 Tbsp chocolate chips
4 Tbsp miniature marshmallows
4 Tbsp graham crackers (crushed)

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat about 350 degrees F.
  • Cut 4 sheets of heavy duty foil about 12''.
  • Cut the banana lengthwise along the inside curve of the banana. Careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket. Place banana on top of foil.
  • Hold each banana in your hand with foil. Fill pocket with chocolate chips, marshmallows and graham crackers. Fold foil around the banana and crimp to seal foil packet.
  • Place bananas on grill, cover grill and grill for 8-10 minutes or until marshmallows or melted.
  • Remove from grill and enjoy!

6 ripe firm large bananas, unpeeled
6 tablespoons chocolate chips
6 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
2 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Cut 6 (12-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Heat gas or charcoal grill, or heat oven to 350°F.
  • With sharp knife, make deep lengthwise cut along inside curve of each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through. Open slit to form pocket. Crimp and shape 1 sheet of foil around each banana, forming boats.
  • Holding each banana in hand, fill pocket with 2 tablespoons chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons marshmallows and about 1/2 heaping teaspoon chopped pecans.
  • Return each banana to its foil boat. Seal top of foil, leaving 2 to 3 inches headspace. Place on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until marshmallows soften. Or bake 15 to 20 minutes in oven until marshmallows soften. (Can also place in campfire coals to cook.)

4 small-medium bananas, peeled, sliced in half lengthwise
8 cinnamon graham crackers, broken in half
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip (or regular)

Steps:

  • Spray cold rack with cooking spray(or brush vegetable oil on hot rack). Grill bananas, uncovered, 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden; slice into thin pieces.
  • Top one graham cracker half with marshmallows and chocolate pieces. Add sliced bananas and top with another graham cracker half. Repeat with the rest of the crackers and serve right away. Enjoy!

Medium ripe bananas
Brown sugar
Large marshmallows
Peanut butter or chocolate spread
Graham cracker squares

Steps:

  • Heat a grill to medium (350 degrees F). Leave bananas in their skins and make 1 slit down the length of each banana. Pack the slits with brown sugar.
  • Put the banana(s) on the grill and grill until soft and charred, about 5 minutes. Remove them to a cutting board and set aside to cool slightly. Peel the skins from the bananas and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Meanwhile, put the marshmallows on skewers and toast over the grill until brown and melty, about 2 minutes. You can also brown the marshmallows using a hand-held torch.
  • To assemble, spread some peanut butter on graham crackers and top with bananas and marshmallows. Cover with another cracker and serve. Enjoy!
