Steps:
- Wash grapes and remove from stems. Measure 14 cups grapes.
- Combine grapes and 2 cups water in large kettle, cover. Heat to boiling and cook slowly until very tender, about 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat; strain through cheesecloth. Let juice stand 24 hours in refrigerator then strain again.
- Combine strained grape juice and sugar in large kettle; heat to boiling. Pour hot juice into hot jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath 10 minutes.
- Before serving, dilute grape juice concentrate with water to taste and chill thoroughly.

EASY CONCORD GRAPE JUICE
Very simple method to make your own grape juice if you have too many grapes or if you would like to try making your own fresh tasting grape juice.

Steps:
- In sterilized jar place 2 cups grapes.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar.
- Fill to top with boiling water.
- Seal jars at once with 2 piece lids. Process in water-bath canner for 10 minutes. Remove from canner and keep out of drafts(cover with a towel). Next day remove metal lid-bands, and label with date and contents.
- Let juice stand 3 to 4 weeks before using.
- Strain juice from grapes and use juice.
GRAPE JELLY (FROM FROZEN CONCENTRATE)

Steps:
- Measure juice into a 6-8 quart saucepot.
- Add 3 cups water and stir.
- Measure sugar and set aside.
- Stir Fruit Jell pectin into juice and stir.
- Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
- At once stir in sugar.
- Bring to a full rolling boil, one that cannot be stirred down.
- Stirring constantly, boil hard for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Skim off foam
- Immediately ladle into hot glass jars, leaving ½-inch head space.
- Process for 5 minutes in a boiling bath water.
- Makes 7/8-ouince jars.
