1 (16 ounce) package potato gnocchi
1/4 cup butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup whipping cream
6 ounces shredded fresh romano cheese
1/4 lb cooked ham, coarsely chopped (3/4 cup)
1 (10 ounce) package green giant frozen cut broccoli in cheese sauce, thawed
2 (4 1/2 ounce) jars Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup parmesan flavored breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F Cook gnocchi as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add cream; mix well. Gradually add 1 cup of the cheese, stirring after each addition until melted.
  • Add ham, broccoli in sauce, mushrooms and cooked gnocchi; mix well. Spoon into ungreased 9-inch square (1 1/2-quart) glass baking dish. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and remaining 1/2 cup cheese; mix well. Sprinkle over casserole.
  • Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

4 round buttery crackers, finely crushed
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. butter, melted
1 lb. gnocchi, uncooked
2 cups tightly packed fresh spinach
2 cups water
1 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine cracker crumbs, thyme and butter.
  • Microwave gnocchi, spinach and water in 2-qt. microwaveable ovenproof casserole on HIGH 4 min.; drain. Return gnocchi mixture to casserole.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  • Bake 25 min. or until heated through.
