I think this will go over well for Christmas gifts and parties. I love snack mixes because I tend to snack more than fixing a big meal. Why buy it when you can make it fresh?

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Spray two large baking pans.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, stirring well until completely coated. Spread in a single layer on the baking pans.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes.
- Break into pieces and store in an air-tight container.

- Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until light golden brown. Spread on waxed paper to cool, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container.
