2 ounces dry vermouth
4 cocktail onions

Steps:

  • Add the gin and vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into chilled martini glasses and garnish each with 2 cocktail onions skewered onto a toothpick. Serve immediately.

3 to 4 peeled seedless cucumber slices
2 shiso leaves plus 1 for garnish
1 1/2 ounces dry sake
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup

Steps:

  • Muddle cucumber and shiso leaves at bottom of cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients, shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail coupe or martini glass. Garnish with shiso leaf.

Lychee fruit
1 ounce Pomegranate juice

Steps:

  • Squeeze the lime juice into a martini shaker. Add ice 2/3rds of the way up the shaker. Add lychee infused sake. Shake vigorously. Place a lychee fruit in a martini glass.
  • Strain the cocktail into the glass. Pour the pomegranate juice gently into the martini glass for a floating effect.
