1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small red onion, chopped
3-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Alfredo sauce, optional

Steps:

  • Place the crust on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano; spread over crust. Bake at 450° until edges are lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Cut into wedges. If desired, serve with Alfredo sauce.

I downloaded this recipe from Taste of Home Website. It was submitted by Krysten Johnson. I used refrigerated pizza dough instead of prebaked shell and used more garlic. We really enjoyed these! Serve as appetizer or serve wih a meal.

1 (14 ounce) prebaked italian bread pizza crust (I used 13.8 Pillsbury refrigerated dough)
1 cup gated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small red onion, chopped
3 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Place crust on an ungreased 14 in Pizza Pan. (I stretched my refrigerated dough on greased pan and brushed with olive oil and baked at 400 degrees for 8 minutes and then proceeded as follows.).
  • In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and oregano.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Bake at 450 degrees (with the refrigerated dough I left my oven at 400 degrees) for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  • Cut into wedges and serve warm or slightly cooled.

1 16-ounce baked cheese pizza crust (such as Boboli)
Olive oil
1/2 cup regular or reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dried, crumbled
4 large garlic cloves, minced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush pizza crust lightly with olive oil. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over crust. Bake until crust is crisp and topping heated through, about 10 minutes.

3 large onions (about 750g/1lb 10oz total weight)
2 garlic cloves
25g butter
2 tbsp olive oil , plus extra for drizzling
2 tsp caster sugar
200g feta cheese
2 big sprigs rosemary , needles stripped from stalks
2 pizza bases

Steps:

  • Peel, then slice the onions into thin wedges. Thinly slice the garlic. Heat the butter and oil in a large wok or frying pan, tip in the onions and garlic and cook over a medium-high heat for 15 minutes, stirring every now and then until golden. Stir in the sugar and cook a minute or two longer. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to fan 200C/conventional 220C/gas 7.
  • Put the pizza bases on two oiled baking sheets. Spoon the onion mixture over the pizza bases. Now crumble over the feta and scatter with rosemary. Grind over some black pepper and drizzle with a little oil. Bake for 10 minutes and serve with a green salad.

2 teaspoons cornmeal
2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
2 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
5 to 6 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon salt
2 medium sweet onions, thinly sliced
8 large garlic cloves, halved
6 to 8 plum tomatoes, cut lengthwise into eighths and seeded
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
Pepper to taste
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese

  • Sprinkle cornmeal evenly over two greased 14-in. pizza pans; set aside. In a bowl, dissolve yeast in water; add 4-1/2 cups flour, 4 teaspoons oil and salt; beat until smooth. 1 tube (4 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

  • In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
