GARLIC CREAMED CHICKEN
Chicken breasts baked with a sour cream, garlic, creamy soup and cream cheese mixture. Easy chicken dish that tastes like you worked for hours!! I threw this together when we were having friends over and there was nothing left. Serve over rice.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl combine the soup, sour cream, cream cheese and garlic. Mix well and pour mixture over chicken.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour.

CREAMED SPINACH WITH GARLIC CHICKEN (CROCK POT)
Creamy dish with chicken, carrots, spinach and garlic served over fettuccine noodles. Easy to prepare. Just throw everything in the crock pot and wait for it to finish cooking! I created this at home. There is a lot of spinach in this dish, so if you prefer, you could cut it down some.

Steps:
- Place the top 8 ingredients (in the order they are listed) in a crock pot on low heat for 5-6 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
- During last 20 minutes of cooking, boil noodles and drain.
- Pour it over a bed of hot fettuccine noodles and sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese. Enjoy.

LEMON-GARLIC CHICKEN WITH CREAMED CORN

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper, and 2 tablespoons flour. Add to the skillet and cook, turning, until slightly golden on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice and turn the chicken to coat. Transfer the skillet to the oven; roast until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the corn and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until the corn softens, about 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon flour, then add the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the chives and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the chicken among plates and drizzle with the pan juices. Serve with the creamed corn.
