BEEF MEXICAN TRASH
This cheesy taco-flavored ground beef casserole may not look pretty, but it's outrageously delicious!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Brown ground beef; drain any fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the browned beef, 2 cups cheese, cheddar cheese soup, Rotel tomatoes, sour cream, milk and taco seasoning.
- Place 1/2 of the crushed tortilla chips in the prepared baking dish. Spread 1/2 of the ground beef mixture over them. Spread the other 1/2 of the tortilla chips on top, then spread the remaining beef mixture over the top.
- Top with additional cheese (amount depends on your taste).
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.

CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE
I use to make regular cabbage rolls until I found this recipe. Now, instead, I make this and it is as good as the regular cabbage rolls and alot easier.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, brown beef in oil over medium high heat until redness is gone. Drain off fat.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice and salt. Add meat and mix all together. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour broth over meat mixture and bake in the preheated oven, covered, for 1 hour. Stir, replace cover and bake for another 30 minutes.

WHITE TRASH CASSEROLE
Found on Pinterest and shared so many times not sure who came up with it. The original recipe calls for Cream of Mushroom Soup, but I love Cream of Onion so I changed. You could use mushroom, onion or even Cream of Celery. Whatever you have on hand.

- 3. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until tater tots are golden brown.
GARBAGE CAN CASSEROLE
I made this with deer meat and it was delicious. Can't remember where I got it. But give it a try. Very yummy!

- 1. Brown beef and onions until done; drain. Drain corn and add to beef. Pour into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spread over mixture and pour shredded cheese on top. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- 2. I made my own mashed potatoes. Didn't measure them either.. Sorry

GARBAGE MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE
This mashed potato casserole can be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated. It's great for dinner parties, and the kids love it! You can add virtually anything to it and it's still delicious! Try with a variety of beef and slow cooker dishes.

Steps:
- Cut potatoes into cubes.
- Boil in salted water for 15 min.
- or until tender.
- Mash manually with butter and cream cheese.
- Mix in other ingredients and blend with hand mixer until desired texture is reached.
- Add milk if you like a smoother texture.
- Place in coated casserole and bake at 350 degrees for half hour or until heated through and brown on top.
- Top with chopped parsley.
- This can be made with virtually any combination of cheeses, including bleu or asiago.
- Other add ins include: bacon, ham, carmelized onions, shallots, or garlic and any herb you think sounds good.
- Try it with fresh ground horseradish!
