We just whipped this up. 1yo & 3yo sons and I LOVED it. The bananas provide the sweetness. Actually we liked it so much, I made another batch the same day but with less-ripe bananas. It was good but not as good as with the bananas whose skins were about half brown.

8 ounces frozen sliced peaches (1/2 a 16 oz bag)
1 1/2 cups orange juice

Steps:

  • Throw it all in the blender.
  • Pour it into glasses and drink it up!

I was trying to mimic a more healthy version of the Jamba Juice® 'Coldbuster' smoothie. After experimenting I came up with this and decided it is closer to a fuzzy-navel-type smoothie. Our family loves our new own version of the cold-buster!

2 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted, and diced
12 ice cubes
1 cup orange juice, or more to taste
1 (6 ounce) container orange yogurt
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate

Steps:

  • Blend peaches in a blender until smooth. Add ice cubes, orange juice, orange yogurt, and orange juice concentrate; blend until desired consistency is reached.

2 c frozen sliced peaches
1 pt orange sherbert
1 1/2 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. blend frozen peaches until pureed, add the orange sherbert and pulse until it is combined. Add milk and blend until combined. Pour into chilled glasses.

1 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 cups peeled and diced peaches (2 large peaches)
1 cup sliced banana (1 large banana)

Steps:

  • Place the juice, honey, peach, and banana in a blender, and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. 2 large or 3 small peaches seeded
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup cashew nuts
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Blend the orange juice and cashews until very smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend again. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy! VARIATIONS Substitute papaya juice for all or part of the orange juice. Soak 1?2 cup almonds in distilled water for 2 days and use in place of cashews. You'll be surprised what the soaking does for the flavor and digestibility of the almonds.
