These are super moist, delicious, and easy. The kids will love the colors and sweetness (my wee sis ate nearly all 48) and the grown-ups will love them too.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter, sour cream, white sugar, and eggs together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in candy sprinkles, confectioners' sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon until fully incorporated, 1 to 2 minutes. Beat flour in gradually until sticky dough forms, 1 to 2 minutes more. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 9 to 13 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

FUNFETTI® CAKE MIX COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 2 baking sheets.
- Mix cake mix, canola oil, and eggs together in a bowl until smooth. Roll dough into walnut-size balls; flatten to 1/4-inch thick on baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, 6 to 8 minutes.

FUNFETTI COOKIES
This recipe is a favorite from the Pillsbury Bake-off. It is a simple cookie recipe that always pleases my family. It is also much more economical than buying those sprinkle cookies from the grocery store.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs; stir by hand until thoroughly moistened.
- Stir in decorator sprinkles from the cake mix.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Flatten to 1/4 inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in flour.
- Bake at 375 for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
- Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
- Spread frosting over slightly warm cookies.
- Immediately sprinkle each with decorator sprinkles from frosting.
- Store in tightly covered container.
