4 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 ounces mini marshmallows
5 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal
2 cups Rice Krispies Cereal

Steps:

  • Grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • Add butter to a large pot on medium low until melted then mix in the marshmallows until they are just melted (do not let this sit while melted for too long or the bars will be brittle).
  • Add in the Fruity Pebbles and Rice Krispies and mix well until combined.
  • Gently press the cereal mixture into the baking pan and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

8 cups cornflakes
1 package (6 ounces) dried apricots, chopped
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup butter
1 package (16 ounces) large marshmallows

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cornflakes, apricots, peanuts, dates, coconut and sesame seeds. In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter and marshmallows; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. dish. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.

4 cups Total® Cranberry Crunch cereal
1 cup diced dried mixed fruit or dried fruit and raisin mixture (from 7- or 8-oz bag)
1/2 cup roasted unsalted sunflower nuts
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix cereal, dried fruit, sunflower nuts and peanuts.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  • Pour syrup over snack mix; toss to coat. Press firmly in pan. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

4 cups miniature marshmallows
6 1/2 cups Trix™ cereal
1/4 cup tiny, tangy, crunchy rainbow candy
1 tablespoon colored candy sprinkles (blue, purple, orange)

Steps:

  • Line 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving enough to hang over sides of pan for easy removal; spray with cooking spray.
  • In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Add marshmallows to bowl, stirring to coat. Microwave 60 to 90 seconds or until mixture is melted and can be stirred smooth. Stir in cereal and rainbow candy.
  • With greased hands or waxed paper, firmly press mixture in pan; immediately sprinkle with candy sprinkles, pressing lightly to stick. Cool 30 minutes; remove from pan, and discard foil. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
