Steps:
- Make lemon jello, use juice from fruit cocktail for part of liquid.
- mash cream cheese and add to jello.
- let set.
- when jello begins to set add fruit cocktail and dream whip.
- pour into a shallow dish.
- put in refrigerator.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2. Gather all ingredients.
- 3. Beat egg.
- 4. Add all ingredients except walnuts nuts, brown sugar and melted butter
- 5. Blend together with spoon.
- 6. Pour in 8x11 baking pan that has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 7. Combine brown sugar and walnuts in bowl.
- 8. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts evenly on batter and pat down lightly. Drizzle melted butter over topping.
- 9. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
- 10. And looks like this!
- 11. Spoon out in bowls and serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

This recipe was found in the July/August 2005 Home Cooking magazine, & includes one of my childhood favorite ingredients, fruit cocktail!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, then lightly coat the inside of a 9"x9" baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, blend the reserved fruit cocktail juice & the cake mix, then gently fold in the fruit, before pouring into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Serve warm, but refrigerate leftovers.
