Steps:
- Cook ravioli as directed, drain and set aside.
- In medium frying pan over medium high heat, melt the butter.
- Cook until it becomes golden brown, about 2 - 3 minutes. Do not let it scorch.
- Add the sage, salt and pepper and mix for a few seconds.
- Add cooked ravioli, toss to coat.
- Serve hot.

Steps:
- Beat together the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until thick and pale, about 3 minutes.
- Transfer yolk mixture to a 2 to 3 quart heavy saucepan and stir in the milk, cream, and bay leaves. Cook over moderately low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until thick enough to coat the back of the spoon and the mixture registers 175 F on an instant read thermometer. Do not let it boil. This should take approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove mixture from the heat and cool the custard to room temperature in pan, stirring frequently to prevent a skin from forming on the top, about 1 hour.
- Discard bay leaves and serve the custard over the mixed berries.

This "tea" is great for colicky babies or babies who don't burp properly and are prone to gas. Also great for anyone with gas no matter what age. It's wonderful after any kind of abdominal surgery. Great to give to kids with any kind of tummy upset. This is also know as "The Italian Grandmother Cure". The full recipe makes about 4 adult servings or 16 to 32 infant servings

Steps:
- Place the bay leaves and the cold water in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil for 3 minutes. The mixture will turn a pale green, similar to some green teas.
- Let cool a bit.
- For adults and older children drink one cup when you have gas or other stomach upset.
- For infants, feed one to two ounces, depending on age, whenever baby has gas.
- Be aware that this will make you feel much better, and it will make you pass gas.
- You can make half the recipe for an infant as this should be drunk before it gets cold. The basic formula is one medium bay leaf for every 1 cup of water.
