BARBECUE CASHEW-CHICKEN PIZZA WITH FRENCH-FRIED ONIONS
I love bbq chicken pizza, cashews, and french-fried onions, but have never had all of it combined until I tried this. Recipe from Pillsbury.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F Spray 13x9-inch pan or 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough on pan; press dough to edges of pan. Bake 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix barbecue sauce, jelly, pepper and chopped onion. Spread evenly over partially baked crust.
- Top with chicken, cashews, chopped cilantro and cheese.
- Bake 7-8 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is deep golden brown.
- Sprinkle French-fried onions over pizza. Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until onions are golden. Garnish with cilantro sprigs.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- 2. Add crinkle cut fries on the baking sheet.Season with 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning.
- 3. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.Remove from the oven and set aside.
- 4. In a medium bowl,pizza sauce,honey mustard and remaining pizza seasoning;whisk together until blended.
- 5. Pour pizza sauce mixture over the fries.Add sliced fried chicken strips and chopped banana peppers.
- 6. Top with sharp cheddar and american cheese.
- 7. Continue baking for 20 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.Serve warm.

- 1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.Add sliced vidalia onion,saute for 5 minutes.Reduce heat for medium-low,and continue cooking and stirring until the onion is very tender for 5 more minutes.Stir in red pepper flakes.
- 2. Place the bacon strips in a large,deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat,turning occasionally,until evenly browned,about 10 minutes.Drain the bacon strips on a paper towel-lined plate;crumble when it cool.
- 3. In a medium bowl,combine pizza sauce and honey mustard;whisk together until blended.Set aside.
- 4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Grease a baking sheet.
- 5. Press the refrigerated pizza crust onto the baking sheet to fit the size of the pan.Spread the honey mustard/pizza sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
- 6. Sprinkle with sliced fried chicken strips,caramelized onion,bacon,crumbled american cheese and sliced banana peppers.Season with garlic powder.Top with shredded colby jack cheese
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and bubbly and the pizza crust is golden brown on the bottom,for 15 to 20 minutes
FRIED CHICKEN PIZZA

- Position an oven rack in the bottom third of the oven and preheat to 475 degrees F. Drizzle a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil.
- Mix together the chipotle mayo, honey and lime zest and juice in a bowl. Add the slaw mix to a medium bowl, top with two-thirds of the dressing and toss; season with salt and pepper. Cover the slaw and remaining dressing and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Pull or roll the risen bread dough into a large rectangle and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over the dough. Spread with the BBQ sauce and top with the mozzarella. Arrange the chicken strips over the sauce and cheese. Bake on the bottom oven rack until the crust is golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
- Transfer the pizza to a cutting board, pile on the slaw, sprinkle over the pickles and jalapeños and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Slice into pieces and serve.
