1 brick cream cheese, softened
1 (15 1/4 ounce) package oreo chocolate creme cookies, finely crushed
2 packages bakers semisweet chocolate, melted (8 squares each)
1 tablespoon white decorating icing

Steps:

  • MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
  • SHAPE into 40 (1-inch) football shapes. Freeze 10 minute Dip in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Use icing to draw laces on footballs.
  • REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.

1 package(s) (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
36 - oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
4 package(s) (4 oz. each) white chocolate, melted and devided, color with each teams colors
16 - pretzel twists, each broken into 3 pieces
- food coloring
- chocolate icing
- small round silver ball candies

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  • Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls to resemble helmets. Freeze 10 min. (make an indention in front with the handle of a small wooden spoon to form the face mask.) Refer to photo.
  • Dip balls in melted chocolate colored with teams colors.
  • Insert pretzel piece into each for the face mask. Refer to photo.
  • Place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
  • Decorate helmets using decorating icing with your favorite player's number and small round candies.
  • Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8.6 oz.) BAKER'S Chocolate Truffle Cookie Ball Kit
1 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. Shape into 12 oval shapes to resemble footballs, using a level tablespoon for each. Place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Freeze 15 minutes.
  • Microwave semi-sweet chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 30 seconds more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-second increments until completely melted.
  • Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, letting any excess drip back into the bowl; return to baking sheet. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on package; pour into resealable plastic bag to make decorating easier. Cut a small corner off the bag, then use to pipe chocolate onto footballs to resemble the laces. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm. Reserve sprinkles for later use.
