2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter or 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter

Steps:

  • Spread marsh mallow creme on to first slice of bread.
  • Then spread peanut butter on second slice of bread.
  • Then put both slices together, filling to filling.
  • Eat!
  • Then remember your childhood days.

This recipe is my 4 year old nephews. He came up with the idea while we were eating Recipe #214775. I made this for lunch and we loved it. My family think it tastes like peanut butter fudge.

1/2 cup peanut butter
8 slices bread
1/2 cup marshmallow cream (fluff)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Pam cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spread 4 slices of bread with even amounts of peanut butter.
  • Then spread the 4 remaining slices with fluff.
  • Place bread slices together to make a peanut butter and fluff sandwich. Set aside.
  • Mix together in a bowl the eggs and milk.
  • Dip the sandwiches in the egg/milk mixture.
  • Spray a skillet with Pam cooking spray.
  • Over medium heat heat the pan and add the sandwiches. Brown on each side.
  • Remove from skillet and dust with powdered sugar.

1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
1/4 cup(s) powdered sugar
3/4 cup(s) chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon(s) coconut oil

  • roll mixture into walnut sized balls and place in the fridge or freezer to chill while you melt the chocolate for dipping.
  • melt the chocolate and the oil on medium low heat, stirring constantly.
  • this should only take a couple of minutes. remove from heat once the chocolate is shiny and smooth.
  • take each fluffer nutter ball and dip it into the melted chocolate. place onto a tray or cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
  • once all the truffles are dipped, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top to make them look purdy.
  • place truffles back into the refrigerator until the chocolate cools and becomes a shell.

1 (18 1/4 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil
4 cups marshmallow cream, from (2 16oz containers)
1 cup mini chocolate chip
1 cup butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
chocolate curls, for decoration (optional)
peanuts, for decoration (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and coat 2 9" round cake pans with cooking spray.
  • At medium speed of mixer, beat cake mix, water, eggs and oil until blended for 1 minute.
  • Increase speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy for 2 minutes.
  • Fold in 1 cup marshmallow fluff until almost completely incorporated.
  • Some streaks of fluff will remain.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and divide batter evenly between pans.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cakes test done.
  • Cool on rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on rack.
  • For frosting, with mixer at medium-high speed, beat butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining marshmallow fluff and beat until blended.
  • Frost between layers and top and sides of cooled cakes and swirl with back of spoon.
  • Garnish with chocolate curls and peanuts, if desired.

2 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
4 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, at room temp.
4 tablespoon(s) vegtable shortening
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
2 tablespoon(s) milk
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) white vinegar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
SALTY PEANUT BUTTER ICING
3/4 cup(s) crunchy or creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter at room temp.
3/4 cup(s) confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375*, line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Sift together the flour,baking powder, and salt onto a sheet of waxed paper. In a large bowl cream together the butter, shortening, and both sugars until light and creamy about 3 min. Add the buttermilk and beat until combined.
  • In a measuring cup combine the milk, baking soda and vinegar. Add to the batter along with the flour mixture and beat on low until well combined. Add the vanilla and beat on medium speed until completely combined.
  • Using a spoon or scoop drop 1 tablespoon of batter on to the cookie sheets and repeat, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake one sheet at a time for 8-10 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. remove from oven and let cool about 5 min. before transferring them to a rack.
  • Meanwhile in a medium bowl beat together the peanut butter and butter on low speed until smooth and creamy. Add the confectioner's sugar and salt, beat on low to incorperate.
  • Increase the speed to medium and beat until the filling is light and fluffy, about 4 minutes.
  • **NOTE** yes this is salty but it doesn't need to be you can leave out the salt.
