EASY PUDDING FUDGE
Found this in a recipe flier from Jell-O but I've never tried it. You need to use the Cook and Serve variety, NOT instant.

Steps:
- In medium saucepan stir pudding mix and milk.
- Add margarine and bring just to boil over low heat stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat: quickly stir in sugar blending well.
- Add nuts and pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
- Chill 30 minutes then cut into pieces.

JELLO-O CHOCOLATE PUDDING FUDGE
This is a recipe I found on an advertisement from Kraft Foods. I have not tried it yet but plan to add it to the Christmas cookie tray this year. Note: Cook time equals chill time.

Steps:
- Microwave 4 of the chocolate squares, 6 Tbs. of butter and the water in a large microwave bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted; stir.
- Add dry pudding mix; stir until well blended.
- Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition. Press into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
- Microwave remaining 4 chocolate squares and 2 tablespoons butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 1-1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into 48 (1 inch) squares.

- 1. LINE 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Microwave 4 oz. chocolate, 6 Tbsp. butter and water in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. ADD powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until well blended. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. MICROWAVE remaining chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm
