7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
1 cup celery, chopped
1 small jar pimento's
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. shredded cheddar or longhorn cheese
DRESSING:
1 beaten egg
セ cup sugar
シ cup water
ス cup cider vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Combine macaroni, celery, pimentos, onion and cheese in serving dish.2. Make dressing by combining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.3. Remove dressing from stove and cool.4. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture, stirring to blend thoroughly.5. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Dash pepper
