1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can spinach, chopped and drained well
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped coarsely
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • In a medium saucepan, melt the cheeses together; chop the Monterrey jack up into chunks to make it melt more quickly.
  • Add olive oil to help it blend nicely.
  • After the cheese is melted, add the spinach and artichokes, add garlic powder and stir well.
  • Serve with baguette bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
  • Enjoy!

2 10oz boxes Creamed Spinach
1 can Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups Mozzerella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Asiago Cheese
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Defrost/thaw creamed spinach and place in a large mixing bowl. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Add artichoke hearts, 1 1/2 cups of mozzerella & asiago cheeses and hot pepper sauce, mix well. Spray pie plate or small casserole dish with pan spray or rub with shortening, and fill with spinach dip. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until melted and bubbly. Serve hot or warm with tortilla chips or pita bread chips.

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon minced garlic
ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Thoroughly mix artichoke hearts, Alfredo sauce, spinach, Parmesan-Romano cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl; spread into an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven until cheeses are bubbling and melted, 25 to 30 minutes.
