SUPER EASY SLOPPY JOES
Fast and easy! These sloppy joes are a sure winner. Ground beef and chili sauce are the main ingredients, the rest you probably have on hand. Only 5 ingredients, so it goes from in the pot to on the table super fast!

Steps:
- Crumble the ground beef into a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently until evenly browned. Drain off grease. Add the onion and celery, and cook until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and pour in the chili sauce. Stir in the vinegar and sugar. Add mustard if using. Simmer until the mixture is your desired thickness. Serve on buns.

Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the meat, onion and green pepper until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Add salt while cooking. Drain fat.
- 2. Stir in the spaghetti sauce, mustard, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 3. When heated through, spoon mixture onto buns and enjoy!
