1 (3 ounce) package Jello gelatin, any flavor
2/3 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
3 1/2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
8 ounces fruit
1 graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Dissolve gelatin completely in water, stirring about 3 minute.
  • Add ice cubes and stir constantly until gelatin is thickened about 2-3 minute Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Using wire whisk, blend in whip cream then whip until smooth, Fold in fruit and chill, if necessary until mixture is mound.
  • Spoon into crust. Chill 2 hours Garnish with additional fruit, if desired.

1 (3 1/2-ounce) package strawberry jello (4-serving size)
2/3 cup boiling water
2 cups ice cubes
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust

Steps:

  • 1. In small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until gelatin thickens. Remove and discard unmelted ice.2. Whisk in whipped topping. Fold in strawberries. Refrigerate, if necessary, until mixture mounds when spooned.3. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

Just the best pie if you want a delicious, quick & easy one! I have made this pie many times. It is always a hit! Suggested fruits: 1 cup diced strawberries, orange sections,banana, or fresh peaches. Or 1 can (8-1/2 oz.)apricots, sliced peaches or pears, drained and diced.

1 8 oz. container cool whip
fresh or canned fruit
1 prepared 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin completely in the boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened. Then remove any unmelted ice. Now use a wire whip, and blend in cool whip, whip until smooth.
  • 2. Fold in fruit; chill if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into the baked, cooled pie crust. Chill 2 hours before serving.
  • 3. Personally I like peaches,and bananas! But you can add your favorite fruits. I have used fruit cocktail, but my husband did not like the grapes. So I did take them out, being the good wife,I were! LOL
