EASY EGGLESS MEATLOAF {INSTANT POT OR OVEN}
This eggless meatloaf will become a favorite on your meal rotation because it's easy to make and cooks fairly quickly in your Instant Pot (but you can make it in the oven, too!) Plus, it's allergy friendly (including dairy free and gluten free) so everyone can enjoy it!

EGG-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, SOY-FREE MEATLOAF
This recipe is egg-, dairy-, and soy-free but tastes similar to meatloaf recipes that use onion soup mix. Chili powder and mustard add the tiniest bit of pep, without losing that classic meatloaf flavor. I use Better Than Bouillon Organic Beef Base as my beef bouillon paste and make my own bread crumbs from homemade bread to keep this recipe safe for my husband's allergies.
