2/3 cup Crisco® Pure Olive Oil or 2/3 cup Crisco® Puritan Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsps. minced garlic
2 1/2 tsps. Italian seasoning or dried basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • WHISK olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper until blended. Combine marinade with 1 to 1 1/2 pounds meat, chicken or seafood in 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.
  • MARINATE in refrigerator, turning several times: meat, 1 hour; chicken or seafood, 30 minutes. Remove meat, chicken or seafood from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill or cook as desired.

⅓ cup soy sauce
½ cup olive oil
⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic

Steps:

  • Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well. Can add to a shaker bottle and shake well.
  • Add vegetables and marinate 1 hour.
  • Add chicken and marinate at least 12 hours.
