EASY SLOW COOKER SPANISH RICE

Easy Slow Cooker Spanish Rice image

I'm constantly asked to make this tasty dish and why not? It is a hearty meal in itself, perfect for game day or when you don't want to spend all day in the kitchen. I will usually serve it with cheesy homemade garlic bread.

A delicious side dish or main dish. Goes well with tacos. You can also add some Rotel®. It makes it a bit spicy, but still very good.

EASY SPANISH RICE (RICE COOKER)

Easy Spanish Rice (Rice Cooker) image

Easy is an understatement, and this is delicious, made again on 21 Mar 22022, and been making this since 2018 and the family loves it!. A nice change from plain white rice for a side. I make this as written in my small 1 liter (1 quart) rice cooker as well. As a variant, you can use a can of whole tomatoes with juice, just chop the tomatoes up.
