EASY PIZZA FONDUE
This Easy Pizza Fondue is a delicious and interactive dinner or appetizer idea. Dip bread and all of your favourite pizza toppings into a flavourful pizza cheese!

- In a bowl combine the mozzarella, Parmesan and flour. Mix well to coat the cheese with flour. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, combine the garlic and wine, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Then reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Add the cheese mixture by the handful to the saucepan, stirring constantly after each addition. Use a spoon and stir in a figure eight motion until the cheese is melted.
- Stir in the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, basil and oregano. Cook, stirring, until the tomatoes are heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer to a fondue pot and serve immediately.

- In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the pizza sauce, basil and garlic powder. Reduce heat to low. Add cheeses; stir until melted. , Transfer to a small fondue pot or 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker; keep warm. Serve with breadsticks, garlic toast and green peppers.

- Spray inside of 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix cheeses, pasta sauce and wine.
- Cover; cook on High heat setting 45 to 60 minutes.
- Stir until cheese is smooth. With rubber spatula, scrape down side of slow cooker to help prevent edge of fondue from scorching. Reduce heat setting to Low. Serve fondue with bread cubes and wooden picks or fondue forks for dipping. Fondue will hold up to 4 hours.
