Steps:
- Combine the flour, oregano, baking powder, baking soda, salt and garlic powder in a microwave-safe mug. Add the olive oil and 3 tablespoons water and stir until a lumpy batter comes together.
- Pour the pizza sauce on top of the batter. Sprinkle the cheese on top, followed by the pepperoni slices.
- Cook in the microwave until the cheese is melted and the dough is crispy around the edges, about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
EASY MICROWAVE PIZZA
This is a wonderful recipe I learned to do at a special needs workshop at my daughter's school. It's super easy to make and kids love it.

Steps:
- Lay one soft tortilla shell on a paper towel (or microwave safe plate)and spoon on desired amount of pizza sauce.
- Add desired amount of cheese and then add your desired toppings.
- Place another soft tortilla on top and place in microwave.
- Cook for approximately one minute (more if you use a large tortilla shell or a lot of toppings)- take out when cheese is melted.
- Cut in 1/2 or into quarters if desired (will help it to cool down faster) and enjoy.

- Add the biscuit to a microwave-safe mug. MIcrowave for 30 seconds, until the biscuit starts to puff up.
- In a small bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of basil.
- Spoon the sauce over the par-cooked biscuit, then top with the mozzarella and mini pepperoni.
- Loosely cover the mug with a paper towel and microwave for 30-45 seconds more, until the cheese is melted and the biscuit is cooked through.
- Top with another pinch of basil, then let the mini pizza cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!

- In a 1-qt. microwave-safe dish, combine the onion, mushrooms and green pepper. Cover and microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; drain on paper towels. In a small bowl, combine the mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan and parsley., Spread vegetable mixture in an 8-in. square microwave-safe dish. Top with pepperoni, cheese mixture and pizza sauce. Microwave, uncovered, at 70% power for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted, rotating a half turn once. Top with remaining Parmesan. Serve warm with breadsticks or garlic toast.
