2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 (18 ounce) packages chocolate chip cookie dough

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl until smooth and well blended.
  • Spread 1 roll of cookie dough on the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan to form the base. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Pinch off small pieces of the remaining cookie dough and distribute them on the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until cream cheese mixture is set and cookies on top are golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes. Let cool before serving, about 30 minutes.

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flour
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® graham cracker pie crust
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • 1. In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add egg, mixing until just combined.2. Toss together 1 cup chocolate morsels and flour. Fold into cream cheese mixture.3. Pour into crust. Bake at 350°F about 25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool for 1 hour.4. In small saucepan combine 1/2 cup chocolate morsels and cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Pour over cheesecake. Cool for 30 minutes. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.5. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon flour
1 (9 ounce) chocolate graham wafer pie crust
1/4 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and beat until creamy.
  • Then beat in egg and vanilla.
  • Set aside 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, then toss the remaining 1 cup with flour. Fold floured chips into mixture.
  • Pour into crust. Bake 35-40 minutes, until center springs back when lightly touched.
  • Set cake aside to cool while you make the glaze topping.
  • In small saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together reserved chocolate chips and whipping cream. Cook until thickened and smooth.
  • Pour glaze over cake, smoothing to cover almost to the edges.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.
