EASY BRUNCH BAKE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: refrigerated biscuit, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, chives, ham, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, cayenne pepper, butter

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Cut each biscuit into 9 pieces. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and chives.
- In a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) glass baking dish, evenly spread out the biscuit pieces and the ham.
- Pour the egg mixture over everything.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- To make the Hollandaise combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a blender. Gradually add the hot butter until fully mixed.
- Slice and pour Hollandaise sauce over the bake. Top with chives
- Enjoy!

EASY BREAKFAST BRUNCH BAKE
A friend sent this to me. It's so easy and tasty. Family loves it. You can use cooked and drained sausage or cooked bacon broken into pieces if you'd like.

Steps:
- 1. Put eggs in bowl and mix well. Stir in onions, Canadian bacon, cheddar and mozzarella cheese and salt & pepper.
- 2. Spray a 8 x 8 inch pan with Pam. Place the biscuits (usually 8) in the bottom of the pan. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle with chives.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes. Cut into 9 squares.

- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Whisk first 3 ingredients until blended. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min. or just until set around edges. (Center will still be soft.)
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings from skillet. Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are browned and tender, stirring occasionally. Crumble bacon. Add to vegetable mixture along with the tomatoes and spinach; mix well. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Spoon vegetable mixture over egg layer; top with cheeses.
- Bake 30 min. or until center is set.
