2 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding Pudding
3 cups cold milk
3-1/3 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
few drops green food coloring
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
20 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, divided
12 JET-PUFFED BUNNY MALLOWS Marshmallows
1/2 cup jelly beans

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, tint coconut with food coloring. (See tip.)
  • Add COOL WHIP and half the cookie crumbs to pudding; stir just until blended.
  • Spread pudding mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish; sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and coconut.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Decorate with marshmallows and jelly beans as shown in photo.

1 cup crushed vanilla wafers (about 30 wafers), divided
1 package (3 ounces) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
2 medium ripe bananas, divided
1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
1 cup whipped topping

Steps:

  • Spread half of the crushed wafers in the bottom of a greased 8-in. square pan. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions; spoon hot pudding over crumbs. Slice one banana; place over pudding. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill for 1 hour. meanwhile, prepare gelatin according to package directions; chill for 30 minutes or until partially set. Pour over crumbs. Slice the remaining banana and place over gelatin. Spread whipped topping over all. Chill for 2 hours.

Enjoy this fun Easter bunny pudding dirt cake that you can make for friends and family. It is a super delicious and creative Easter dessert.

14.3 ounces Oreo Cookies (1 package)
½ cup butter (room temperature)
8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
16 ounces Cool Whip Whipped Topping (thawed and divided)
2 packages instant chocolate pudding mixes ((3.4 ounces each))
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
green food coloring
1 package Easter peeps
candy eggs ((can use Cadbury mini eggs, jelly beans, or M & M candy eggs - anything colorful works great!))

Steps:

  • Spread half of the crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9x13" pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Fold in half of the Cool Whip and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together milk and pudding until completely combined.
  • Combine cream cheese mixture and chocolate pudding mixture in a big bowl and spread over the top of the Oreos in the prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Oreos on top of the pudding mixture.
  • Carefully spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of the Oreos.
  • Place the cake in the fridge and let chill for 3-4 hours.
  • Before serving, remove cake from fridge.
  • In a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, add coconut and a few drops of green food coloring. Mix together until all the coconut is tinted lightly green. Add more food coloring to get the shade of green you want to make a coconut grass for the top of the cake.
  • Arrange the coconut grass, Peeps, and candy eggs on the top of the cake.

8 oblong vanilla creme-filled sandwich cookies
8 each jelly beans and gumdrops
8 pieces red string licorice, cut into thirds
decorating icings and gels

Steps:

  • Pour milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix; beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Spoon evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Insert 2 cookies into 1 side of each dish to make the "bunny's ears, then decorate with candies, licorice and decorating icings and gels as desired for the faces.
