- Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add almonds, cook 2 minutes or until toasted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; set aside.
- Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, ginger and crushed red pepper in a medium bowl. Add almonds, celery and next four ingredients (through turkey), stirring well to combine. Spoon 1/3 cup turkey mixture into each pita half.

- In a bowl, combine the turkey, apple, celery, walnuts and raisins.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, tarragon, orange peel, salt and pepper.

- Mix dried cherries, celery, honey mustard and some salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Let sit to let flavors meld, 10 minutes. Add mayo and mix until incorporated. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Add turkey, then mix and season to taste.
- Serve on split-top buns topped with crushed BBQ potato chips and pickles on the side.
