DORITO PIE
My family loves pretty much anything Mexican or Tex-Mex. We often use this Taco Meat blend to make Taco "burgers" instead of Sloppy Joe's. This is a fun, comforting kid friendly recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Brown Ground Beef in Skillet. Drain Grease.
- 2. Add Taco Seasoning, Water, Taco Sauce and Drained Black Beans, if desired, to browned ground beef. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, prepare your desired toppings.
- 4. When the meat is ready, cut the Dorito bags on the side, top the chips with about 1/2 cup of the meat sauce (or more if so desired) and allow everyone to top their Dorito Pie with the toppings of their choice.
- 5. Add Fork and enjoy!

- Brown ground meat, drain. Add chilies.
- In large bowl, combine soups, enchilada sauce and milk with crushed Doritos and meat.
- Pour into a greased 11 x 13 pan, top with cheese.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

LOW CARB / KETO DORITO TACO PIE
This is one of our favorite keto / low carb options!! You've definitely gotta try it!! It's made with a homemade crescent dough made out of mozzarella cheese, making this a very keto friendly meal.

- Crescent Dough • 1 1/2 C mozzarella cheese • 2 oz cream cheese • 3/4 C almond flour • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 egg • 1 T powdered keto sweetner, ex Swerve • Pinch of salt
- Dough INSTRUCTIONS - 2. Melt both cheeses together slowly in microwave til they are incorporated, (30 seconds intervals) then add all other ingredients and mix until dough forms.
- 3. Roll out between parchment paper. May need to let dough sit in fridge for 20 mins if too sticky (I do this every time).
- 4. Line baking dish with parchment paper or cooking spray. Insert crescent dough.
- 1. Set oven to 400° Cook ground beef and season 2. Crush 2 bags Quest chips and layer on top of dough 3. Add taco meat 4. Mix salsa and sour cream and layer over meat. Add shredded cheese to top 5. Crush 2 bags Quest chips and add on top 6. Pour melted butter over chips. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown
- *Check at 10 mins, and if crust is browning too quickly, cover with foil and bake for the remaining 10 mins.
