3 (16 ounce) cans great northern beans
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 lb cubed cooked ham
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together all ingredients.
  • Place in a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.
  • Remove foil and bake for 20-30 minutes more.

This is a wonderfully different,tasty and easy recipe, that came from a little community paper here in Mississippi.The best part is, that you do not need to heat up your kitchen. :-)

1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans
1 (15 ounce) can marinated bean salad, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingrerdients in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Cover and buzz 11-13 minutes, until it bubblesd.Stir a couple of times during cooking.
  • I put a bottle of Tabasco sauce on the table for those that like it hot! :-).

1/2 cup ketchup
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can butter beans
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
1 diced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans
1 (17 ounce) can lima beans
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

Steps:

  • Drain beans and mix all ingredients together. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or cook in a crock pot for 7 hours.
