2 eggs
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps:

  • In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and mustard. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder and garlic powder. Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture. , In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is golden brown, turning once.

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Whisk mustard and vinegar until blended; brush onto chicken.
  • Mix remaining ingredients; press onto chicken.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
