4 boneless pork loin chops (4 ounces each)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork chops with lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, rosemary, thyme and pepper; rub over chops., Grill, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving.

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 scallions, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 (6 ounce) pork chops

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400F; coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine the lemon juice, scallions, garlic, rosemary, and pepper in a shallow dish; dip each pork chop into the mixture to coat completely then place in the baking dish.
  • Lightly coat the chops with cooking spray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until desired doneness.
