all purpose flour, for dusting
14 oz refrigerated pizza dough
½ teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup old fashion oat
3 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¾ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  • On a floured surface, use a rolling pin or your hands to roll or press out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Make the cinnamon-sugar topping: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar, oats, and McCormick® Ground Cinnamon with a rubber spatula until well combined.
  • Spread the cinnamon sugar topping evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the edges of the dough are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes.
  • While the pizza cools, make the cream cheese icing: In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy and smooth.
  • Pipe or drizzle the icing over the pizza and sprinkle with the McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
  • Slice the pizza into 8 pieces, then serve.

Watermelon Dessert

Here's what you need: watermelon, coconut cream, strawberries, kiwis, apricots, blueberry, coconut flakes, granola, fresh mint

1 watermelon
8 oz coconut cream, whipped
4 strawberries
3 kiwis
3 apricots
blueberry
⅓ cup coconut flakes
½ cup granola
1 tablespoon fresh mint

Steps:

  • Cut a ripe watermelon into round discs about 1-2 inches (2-5 cm) thick.
  • Scoop the coconut cream into a bowl. Use a mixer to whip the cream until it reaches a soft consistency.
  • Cut 3-4 strawberries into thin slices. Set aside.
  • Peel and cut 2-3 kiwis into thin slices. Set aside.
  • Remove pit and cut 2-3 apricot into thin slices. Set aside.
  • Spread the mixed coconut cream around the top of the watermelon disc.
  • Place the cut strawberries, kiwis and apricot slices on top of the coconut cream.
  • Add in blueberries, coconut flakes and granola.
  • Sprinkle a few sprigs of mint across the top the dessert. Slice and serve.

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
GLAZE:
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
TOPPING:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup whipped topping
1 firm banana, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 can (8 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
2 kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1/3 cup fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and extracts. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and beat well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. , Press dough into a greased 12- to 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack. , For glaze, combine sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Stir in the water and orange juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes., For topping, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add whipped topping; mix well. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on top. Brush glaze over fruit. Store in the refrigerator.

Dough for single-crust pie
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 medium baking apples, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
TOPPING:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 to 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping or caramel apple dip
Vanilla ice cream, optional

Steps:
