EASY AND DELICIOUS PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• Sift the confectioners sugar to avoid any small lumps in the fudge; set aside.
• Melt the butter in a medium heavy saucepan over medium heat.
• Stir in the brown sugar and half and half cream; bring to a boil stirring to combine all ingredients.
• Once the mixture is at a full boil allow to boil for 2 minutes.
• Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth.
• Stir in the sifted confectioners sugar until combined (this may take a few minutes).
• Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan.
• Chill until firm.
• Cut into small squares.
• Delicious!

DELICIOUS PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• Combine 1/2 cup water and sugar in a stovetop pan.
• Cook to full boil for one minute, no longer.
• Pour water and sugar mixture over peanut butter in a bowl,adding the vanilla and beat until the mixture thickens.
• Pour into a buttered Pyrex dish and smooth with spoon to make a uniform thickness.
• Allow the fudge to cool and cut into squares!

DELICIOUS MICROWAVE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
• Place the butter and the peanut butter in a medium-size microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on HIGH (I use my 8-cup Pyrex measuring cup for this).
• Remove and stir with a spoon then return back and cook on HIGH for another 2 minutes.
• Whisk/mix in the confectioners vigorously until combined and smooth (this might take a few minutes).
• Mix in the chopped roasted nuts.
• Cool to about room temperature, then chill until firm.
• Cut into small squares.

Steps:

• Pour frosting into microwave safe mixing bowl; cook on Hi for 1 minute; when done; remove from microwave; add jar of peanut butter; mix well; pour into butter greased glass baking dish-size will determine the thickness of your fudge...Optional-Double recipe for more and thicker fudge.
